What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that 'Final Sale' items and intimates are not eligible for return.
How do I care for my hand-knit wool garments?
To preserve the life of your wool pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle wool wash. Lay flat to dry on a towel, reshaping while damp. Never use a dryer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred at the time of delivery.
How do I know what size to buy?
